Isolating myself, I still can't forgive myself that I lost my late teenage/early twenties.

Reflection usually leads to a lot of these scenarios.

Allowing others to make me feel like I had to be someone I wasn't to be in their lives and living in fear of what I was told instead of speaking out anyway.

@DeepTalkSpace I've  always told myself and others that regretting does nothing, but I've been experiencing it alot in the fact that I left a relationship in 2023 where I still loved the person. I regret it because I wish I knew how to handle the feeling of loneliness that I was feeling. Idk I wish that I decided to try to figure it out instead. Also I wish the person I was with..didn't give me the option to leave if I wanted, I wish he was more " No let's work this out "
