If this is about real life -- yeah frankly guy or gal, it costs nothing to be kind. On the flip side, hurt people hurt people -- but that doesn't excuse anything especially if they keep refusing help despite knowing that they need it. 

I think it's safe to say we're all doing our best to continue working on at least one aspect of our lives one way or another. Growth mindset works wonders.

i dont know and it really goes to that quote "its not ALL men but its always a man". I feel that hits so hard, alot of the time others dont think and stop about others feelings or just dont care. This doesnt change your worth but it still really sucks like alot. I hope you know itll be okay and in the end its only gonna hurt them because youre going to come back better and theyll realize what they lost (in a freind or more than friend way)
