@SunnyFox207 If a member and a listener's age matches (ie. teen and teen, adult and adult, teen and adult-teen listener), you can view their profile (ie. account is not deactivated) but you are unable to send them a message you are either blocked or something is not working properly.

@SunnyFox207 I find sometimes when a listener doesn't know how to respond, they block. It shouldn't happen, but not all listeners make use of the resources that are offered to them here.
I hope you can connect to a listener who is able to support you!
