@chunkycharlie No, unfortunately, voice calls are not allowed. You can only use the text-based webchat provided. Go to Browse Listeners and choose anyone with a green blob and a Chat Now button.
(Historically, when 7 Cups began it was a telephone service. Later, webchat was added as an option. Later still, the voice option was removed. We haven't supported voice calls for many years now.)

Hey , does the chat with listeners disappeare after sometime?

@navySea3717 After a short time old chats can only be found on your Progress page. I think they remain there for a year. But chats can disappear completely if the listener leaves 7 Cups or blocks you.
