RIght now? I'm reading Doctor Zhivago, it's Russian literature from the 60s and the language is especially pretty.

Regrettably I don't speak Russian, so I am reading the Pevear/Volonsky translation. They mostly retained the vocabulary and syntax of the original language, and so the text is very distinguishably Russian lit and it reads very stylized. It can be a bit harder if you're not familiar with Russian culture and names, like I was, but overall it shouldn't be too difficult.

I always find myself flicking back and forth between the charecter sheet when reading shakespeare

(just finished Titus Andronicus - SO GOOD)

I manage with the names though so I shall give it a go
