Noob here. Just trying to get my sea legs in order.
Anything I should expect/know about this to set expectations? I've tried connecting to a few listeners already and they haven't been super responsive (I did kinda unload a lot at once, but hey, it at least felt ok to get it out somewhere). Maybe it's just my luck, who knows?

Hi, welcome! Sorry that your listeners so far haven't been amazing.
One general thing that I wish I knew when I first started using the site is that you're much more likely to find a high-quality listener if you hand-pick who you want to talk with using the Browse Listeners tool -- instead of using "Connect Now" and getting matched with a random listener in the General Request queue. There are some good listeners in the General Request queue as well, but it's less consistent/reliable.
