💛 Something that could make life better for me is ......

For me, it would be letting go of the habit to over think things sometimes.

How about y'all? 😊

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou

It would be to become emotionally stable, mentally strong and more responsible towards my career goals.

To have a good sleep, to not be regressing over and over on my work on fearing rejection, to always know I am good enough.

Patience. I am chipping away at this iceberg, and someday it will be finished. You can't be any further along than you already are. Just keep at it, that's all you can do.

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou

I think better using time management, taking breaks, and doing more of things I value would make my life better. Thank you Sunisshining for this thoughtful and considerate post.

For me, it would be introducing healthier coping mechanisms to my life step by step, day by day.

Not trying to obsessively people please and make others like me. Allowing myself to be silent and awkward rather than hiding it behind a mask of humour and feigned confidence. Not obsessing over what others think of me or about whether my friendships and family relationships have become uncomfortable.

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou

Doing a few time management activities to help me manage my time. An example would be to be more specific in my activities and to do list.

That sounds great, being specific of your to do list and effectively prioritizing so that can help with time management as well. Thankyou for sharing, @AnonCompanion6720, have you tried the Time Management Growth Path/ Course in cups? Hopefully it helps.❤

For me, it's sources that help to manage your studying. This year is really difficult for me at university and I have a lot of deadlines every week, so such apps are very useful. My main problem now is coursework, as I'm not so good at writing, but I'm very glad that I can click here to read about different tips and examples.
