What does your happy place look like?
Mine is on top of a mountain that I just scaled I am able to feel the breath of fresh air calms my brain down
in the bed watching tv reading and eating lol
I like that! Going to do that once my pizza delivery comes in a hot second. 😀

If I think too deeply about it though, I guess "place" exactly doesn't have much to do with our happiness ~ it's a state of mind after all. I feel happy around loved ones (7 cups included y'all), so wherever they are, becomes my happy place too. 🥰

I like the idea of in bed with food and good tv, music or book, and also how it’s a mindset...even the best things can seem like a chore when done for too long so mixing things up and staying grateful and humble or whatever is key 🤷♀️

This must sound so lame but lately my happy place has been my bedroom. As the room grows darker I begin to feel more relaxed and confident. It feels so much easier to cope on a night-time, the outside pressure's feel so removed and distanced......Yes my bedroom is a haven to me.

Agreed. When I'm in my room n the dark it I see so relaxing and peaceful
I find when I’m laying in bed and have nothing I need to do my mind slows down or something and I become super peaceful and open. I think if anything or anywhere that is my happy place. It’s special, that moment, those moments.

Somewhere in the woods, bright but cloudy, warm rain, im barefoot and the ground is soft grass. Nothing can get to me here.

My happy place is with all my friends in the SC. I really enjoy hosting and supporting other members.
What is SC? I liked doing a puzzle today with people I’m learning to know in the hostel in staying at. Being around others and talking is very nice! Especially with my new listening skills...except sometimes then people open up to me in ways I am not quite maybe ready for...hmmm
