What is a good reason to stay alive?

Good movies will probably come out in the future
My reason to keep on living is the chances and opportunities life gives you and the hope and possibility of achieving my goals. What I like about the future is that we don't know what it will bring, which means that maybe tomorrow will be better than today.

@RainyDays2020 Someone is out there who loves me so much and I love them back so this is a reason for me :)
- I failed to successfully you know what, and I hate failure more than I hate life so I don’t think I’ll try that again (morbid, I know 🥺)
- My little brother, try to get him the best life has to offer so that he never suffers
- A part of me wants to live, I think that part of me is naive and stupid
- Lastly, I keep on living because it’s another day where I unfortunately did not die in my sleep.
Realizing that things DO get better...it takes a lot of patience, and sometimes it is a slow progress which can feel agonizing at times, but they do get better when I have faith and put the work in achieving my goals.

Life's challenges don't exist only to upset us—they exist so that we understand ourselves better and get to know who we really are. To live is to discover something about ourselves of which we were not aware.
There’s no reason to live, but there’s no reason to die, either. The only way we can still show our contempt for life is to accept it. Life is not worth the bother of leaving it. Out of charity, one might spare a few individuals the trouble of living, but what about oneself? Despair, indifference, betrayal, fidelity, solitude, the family, freedom, weight, money, poverty, love, absence of love, syphilis, health, sleep, insomnia, desire, impotence, platitudes, art, honesty, dishonor, mediocrity, intelligence – nothing there to make a fuss about. We know only too well what those things are made of, no point in watching for them

Your dog will wonder why you never came home
@Sn0r1ax theres actually a sad movie about that. Hachi the dog. His owner died and the poor dog stayed at the train station for years waiting for him....
Oh yeahhh. Movies like that make me refuse to be lured into another movie with a dog in it. If there's a dog in a movie and has a major presence, 9 times out of 10, that dog's not going to make it
