Normally posting in a thread automatically subscribes you to a thread and then you can view all threads you are subscribed to from this page, which can be accessed via the following steps:

• Click on your profile picture in the top-right
• Click "My Forum Threads" from the drop-down menu
• Check the box for "Subscribed Threads"
• Click "Search"

However, they've been updating the forums lately so I'm not sure if automatic thread subscription is working, in which case that might not work.

They're in the process of updating/enhancing some forum features, so I'm crossing my fingers that in the future it'll be possible to just search for your name and get a list of posts that way.
