Help with Reviews and Feedback
Hello, I'm Jaz, a new listener. I've been wondering why I can't find any feedback or reviews that members have given me. I know that there should at least be 2 but so far I've seen nothing. I'm really worried because I thrive and improve best on feedback. Could someone please help me out on this? Sorry if this is the wrong place, I don't know where to post this tbh

Hi, welcome! There are a few possible reasons I can think of why you might not get a review from a member that you've chatted with.
- Lots of members don't leave reviews.
- It can take a few days or even as long as a week for reviews to be processed and show up on your profile, depending on how backed up the listener review queue is.
- Reviews won't be published to a listener's profile if they contain any negative/mixed feedback about a listener. Instead, usually what will happen is you'll get a coaching e-mail identifying the general issue that happened in the chat (e.g. empathy, response time,
professionalism, etc.) and it'll suggest reaching out to a Mentor.
If you're interested in honing your listening skills further and getting that feedback, you can reach out to a Quality Mentor and they should be able to do practice chats, offer tips/encouragement, or point to resources.
In case if you haven't found it yet, the Newbie Hub forum also has a link to a Welcome Pack for new listeners. (I'm not sure whether they've included it in the initial listener onboarding/training process--I'd be curious to know.)
Thank you for your answer. It's very helpful. I hope it's ok that I have my listener and member account on the same email (with different passwords of course). As for the welcome pack, it certainly looks familiar but I can't confidently say I've seen it when I first got onboarded. Thank you very much for linking it here though~

Glad it was helpful. 💜 Yup, having your listener and member account on the same e-mail is the usual/standard way of doing it.
