How do Group Support Rooms work?
I see on the calendar that there are group support room meetings but I've checked the group chat rooms when there's supposed to be chats and there weren't any running. I even made sure it was the right timezone. Do they always run when posted on the calendar? If so, how do I join?
@LilLisa1 The calendar shares both teen and adult have you checked what category is being shown to
@SamuelFrancis yes, I see that they are both on right now, but I can't seem to join them. I clicked on the chat drop-down menu, then group chat but nothing is coming up.

@SamuelFrancis If you click on community, then the calendar, it shows adult healthy living and another teen event is going on. I cant join either of them.
Theen you won't see and if you are able to message the person hosting it
@SamuelFrancis What chats appear in the chat drop-down group chat menu? Do I always need to contact the individuals hosting the event or will the events ever show up on the group chat menu?
@LilLisa1 Sometimes the users aren't able to host the event

@LilLisa1 Are you able to see any group rooms? It looks like you may be lacking the helpful heart badge.

@AffyAvo we all seem to having this problem and it is becoming very annoying. no one is telling us what we need to do to access tinggs
@LilLisa1 That's a really good question, let me know if you figure it out! are you taking into account the time differences? I can't seem to get into rooms or forums, frustrating isn't it?

Group support rooms are all badgelocked, you need Strong Bond 1 (full chat with 5 Listeners each) and Helpful heart ( 50 Compassion Hearts) to get into any of them, and some have additional requirements. There is more information here
