How to I find a member?

I'm still trying to figure this site out. I'm trying to contact a member that replied to me on a forum post. I have their name but no idea how to find them!

I mean technically you can go to 7cups.com/@thepersonsusername to find them, but members can't message each other, so you'd have to like just reply to their reply on the forum post I guess.
