I can't join any group chats?
Hey there everyone! I have been having trouble joining any group chats, whenever i click on the link i get moved to a 7 cups page which is blank. This has been happening on the web browser version, i haven't tried the app yet. Any help to overcome this?

Maybe try the app! i find it’s much easier for me! Also, try logging in and out 💗

Hello @SensationalGuy12 , I understand how it would be frustrating at times to not be able to join rooms.
When you say you're unable to join them when you click on a link - are you referring to the notification links ? -- it is a possibility that the notification is an old one , or the discussion has ended , and the pop up room is closed now.
However if you're unable to access all group chatrooms, it is a possiblity you haven't unlocked rooms yet , there are certain requirements for the same , which can be found HERE ( clickable ) . I hope this helps , let us know if you need further assistance. 😊

yes i was referring to the notification links and sure they might be old and those chats might have ended, I can't join any 24/7 rooms either. Also, i tried all these after taking the listener oath. Any other advice? Thanks In advance :D
Oh I see @SensationalGuy12 , if you're unable to access rooms even after you've met all requirements to unlock them then perhaps it could be a glitch , you can submit a technical support ticket HERE and the team would assist you further. You're welcome :D
