Newbie questions
Hi,
I just started using 7 Cups yesterday. I'm struggling a bit with a few things on this site.
1. First, is the material we write saved or is it erased regularly? I wrote in a gratitude journal and also answered a question"what would you tell a friend." and now I cannot see it.
2. I see that I was tagged in a post, but cannot find it.
3. How do I review Listeners? My listener adviced me in a way that stated the obvious and when I started telling the person my deeper feelings, she/he ran off. I'm not happy about that.
This is hard to navigate!

Is it possible to change your username? And how do you add a profile picture?
Can anyone tell me how to start a new paragraph. Normal sign doesn't work here.
@Red2306 A new paragraph here in the forum? Or in a chat? Using the desktop website, the mobile website, the old app or the new app?
I'm sorry for all the questions. 7 Cups has at least four slightly different designs, and things work differently in different places.
Normally, the Return (⏎ or Enter) key should start a new paragraph in the forum, or a new message in a chat. Chats don't really have paragraphs.

A new paragraph in forum. And I am using app for 7 cup. The enter key is not working. No matter what I do it still doesn't start new paragraph in post. <> Thank you soo much for answering though:-)
@Red2306 OK, I'm using the new app now (version 5), and the Return key, marked with a ⏎ symbol, seems to make a new paragraph.

Trying again... Oops, my mistake. The ⏎ key only starts a new line. You have to press it twice, I think... Paragraph 3... Paragraph 4...

The new app is broken!
You can report this in the Help Center: Submit a request
Specify that you're using the app, quote the app version number from the bottom of your profile page, and your operating system version number.

Question for @Tina21zg - is it possible to know why you blocked me?
It would me much nicer if you had told me that you are not the right listener for me and I would move on.
This way I just feel like cr*p.
