Question About Sharing Contact Information
Hi everyone, I’m still fairly new here and wanted to ask about the rules around sharing personal contact information with listeners or members.
A few times, people I’ve spoken with have asked me for my contact info, and there have been moments where I felt comfortable enough to share things like my social media (nothing that would let them track me personally). I’ve also had members send me private online chat links.
I just want to make sure I’m following the guidelines correctly. Is sharing personal contact information allowed on 7 Cups, or is it something we’re supposed to avoid completely?

Please do not go off 7cups with any member or listener. Don't share socials, don't go to another app, don't share links or personal pictures.
In the forums and groups... many users have stories of what happened when they went off 7cups and none of them ended well.

@LanaAfterDark Sharing of personal information involves risk. So it's better to avoid sharing of information like that for your own safety.
@LanaAfterDark hi, I'm new here too. Anyone know how to change gender? If it doesn't affect anything it's fine but I'm a woman and I'm put here as a man :')
@Aki056 You can do that in your settings under the three dots. It would have been set when you joined. You can also remove the gender completely.
