Great question! Referral clicks are one that a lot of people wonder about. To answer your first question as to what they are, every listener has a unique link that is can be found on their progress path page (it'll be down on the lower right) that is specific to their account. this link can be shared, and when clicked will direct others to the 7cups main page. One click equals one referral. And if a new member signs up from a referral then you will receive the "Help Angel" badge as well!

The big issue that a lot of Listeners face is "How do I share the link?". Naturally, many listeners here prefer to remain anonymous off-site. But keep in mind you don't have to share your listener name to share the link! Another great option as well is to consider joining the social media soldiers team, as it can provide a lot of great opportunities to provide your referral link while also spreading awareness about the site as well and working for community outreach too!
