Second Accounts and Systems

I've heard there are rules against having multiple accounts. How would this affect systems? Since technically it's multiple accounts on one device, but they belong to different people. -Es

@EsID The rule is not about systems or devices. It says:
Each human in the world is only allowed one listener and one member account. There are no exceptions.
