how to be able to change your profile pic?

it won't let me change my profile pic since im new here and apparently i have to do something to be able to but i dont know what that is. it's really bothering me that i cant change it...

@heavenkinetic You need so many growth points. I think it's 200 although I'm not totally sure. This page shows how to get them:

To change your picture, click on the image (right now the pink box with 'he') in the right hand corner and go to my settings.
