I like this as a newbie, I've stumbled about, replied as it will be help to read the replies.
Gosh, there are so many things!...
The listener support room (LSR) can be super helpful for getting questions answered, finding immediate help and support, connecting with a mentor, and more. If people are chatting away about something that seems silly, we want you to speak up. Interrupt! Share something! Ask anything! We're chit-chatting because we're waiting for YOU!
Look on the right side of your screen for the link. On the app, go to Chats-->Guided Discussions.
Also, I really wish that I had known about the Listener Master List. It provides links for a huge range of topics.
Oh about this app? Probably that the community posts are ment to be answered right below it. 7 cups gives us a topic to talk about. I thought people were just posting around the site for a sec. Lol 😂 This app is a nice app for anyone. I like how I’m kind of anonymous even. It’s nice to talk about what’s on my mind. Good or bad. Lol 🩰
Haha does take a while getting around the app interface, @gamermomma, I prefer the website more xD it’s cleaner and simpler I think.

I wish I knew earlier that it’s okay not to have perfect words. Being present, listening with empathy, and showing kindness already makes a big difference.

This is such a meaningful reflection. 💛 So many listeners worry about saying the ‘right’ thing, when what truly helps is simply showing up with empathy, presence, and kindness, just as you said.
When we lead with genuineness rather than perfection, people feel ittt, even across the screen.
Thank you for sharing this, it’s a valuable reminder at every stage of listening.
@Heather225 I wish I knew that is it okay to try a few listeners before finding the correct one, and that being honest and specific about what you need to makes the experience much more helpful.
