I’ve been chatting with someone but how do I leave a rating or review?
Hey @BubbleVases, welcome to the community. It is nice that you're reaching out for support in cups and yay on wanting to leave a review/ rating for your listener. ❤
You can leave a rating and a feedback for your listener, when you click on the "star" icon that shows up in the top right corner of your screen in the chat window.

Hi! I never see that star sign.
@BubbleVases In the app, go into the chat and open the chat menu by clicking the three dots at the top right. Then the star ("Review or rate listener") is at the bottom left, weirdly.

@RarelyCharlie. Is there any way to do that aswell in the browser? Or is that the problem?
