🌷 Growing Together as a Team 🌷

Hi everyone 💛

I just wanted to take a moment to say how genuinely grateful I am to be part of this community. Being Project Agent for you all means a lot to me, and I truly love being able to help support this team and watch everyone grow together. The Welcome Committee has so much potential, and I’m really proud of the kindness and care this team can bring to new members joining the community.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to @jenna, @MeilleureAmie, and @Orbix for all of their help throughout May. These three have consistently dedicated their time, effort, and energy this month, and it absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you for showing up, helping out, and supporting the team it does not go unnoticed 💕

At the same time, I do want to be honest and say that I need to see more teamwork from the committee as a whole. I completely understand that life gets busy sometimes, and I know everyone has things going on outside of 7 Cups. But the requirements and expectations were known coming into the team, and I really believe everyone here is capable of doing more than what we’ve been seeing lately.

I know this team can be supportive, active, welcoming, and encouraging when we all work together. I truly hope to see everyone step up a little more moving forward and put in the effort I know you’re capable of giving.

And to keep things fair and honest I also need to take accountability for myself. I know I’ve been slacking lately too, especially when it comes to doing welcomes, and I need to improve on that as well. I’m not placing blame on anyone while ignoring my own part in things. I want us all, myself included, to work toward doing better together 🤍
