I want to tell you that whatever you are going through the listeners are here to listen to you and help you. Have in mind that this, here, is a safe space. Our job is to listen to you, understand you, believe in you, encourage you and help you not judge you!

A peer support is a listener thst u can talk to after a hard time on cups and a chat supporter if you helps out during a hard chat.
