Discussion Question: Do you consider yourself worthy of love and admiration?
@laura
I think it, but I have a hard time beating the beliefs that prevent me from connecting with the feelings. I am using CBT techniques to break down the thoughts and beliefs that are contributing to these blocks. It changes everything when you can isolate a thought that just doesn't serve yourself anymore, and see it as a false belief.
Today I wish all of us the self-love and self-admiration we deserve, and even more for the ones like me who have trouble feeling it.
Not really cause i feel like I mess up each time and sometimes I feel like Im a horrible person
I am still working on believing this fully with my full heart. I know logically I am, but belief-wise it's still a challenge.
every one is worthy of love even if we don't deserve it or feel like we need it.
I would like to say I do. but as of the late I don't feel worthy. I'm my own kind of enemy. I am a woman who loves hard, so sometimes it just pushes those away.
No. Absolutely not. My feelings make me think I am weak, useless and pathetic. Therefore undeserving of what I have
YES, AND IM GOING TO MAKE A GREAT HUSBAND FOR MY FUTURE WIFE. THANK YOU.
I struggle with self worth on all levels. Love and admiration, somewhere deep inside yes but at the surface no, not at all. If that makes any sense.
I believe everyone inherently is worthy of love and admiration. Stil, it's hard to apply that to myself.
I feel like I'm worthy of love because I'm a good person however I fight with low self worth at times because I feel I'm so hard on myself about mistakes I've made.
