Corporations believe the path to success is through greed and dishonesty. It inevitably creates an intolerable work environment for employees as well as a lack of compassion for consumers.

Angry is not the accurate word, the word is frustrated. When someone who means a lot to me brushes of my thoughts and emotions as unimportant.

I get upset when I realise how behind I am at work while procrastination is taking over. Comparing myself with others does not help either which is something that I also do a lot.

My boss cuts me off or they forget that I need to ask a question and they have me waiting forever.

@blissedNblessed Yeah I feel you. I like when my feelings are validated, especially with someone I care about. It shows they care about my relationship with them.

I feel most angry when I see the one I'm supposed to call 'dad' or when I see things that reminds me of him.

I feel most angry when I things don't go the way it's supposed be. As time goes on, my ability to adapt to change is starting to fade. By this point, I just avoid people.

@rainbowturtle Yeah change can be rather annoying and sometimes detrimental. Sometimes it feels like the world is against me and being alone sounds more comforting at times. What helped me is trying to see a positive in the change - like trying to see how this change could benefit me. Maybe it's to make me stronger, more aware of something I've been ignoring (maybe my life would have become worse if I kept ignoring it), to bring me closer to someone (maybe a relationship that is lacking communication, respect, and love), to take better care of myself, etc.

@hypnosis I stopped caring years ago. I just go with the flow. I don't hate change, I just don't see the point of doing things even if they might benefit me. Basically, I'm just too lazy/can't be bothered to care. I'm also slow in social cues and very straight forward, often offending people without meanibg to. So I just avoid them less drama and more time for me to do the things I care about.

@rainbowturtle Yeah often times I don't feel motivated to do certain things that would benefit me and I'm not the best with social cues either. I have periods where I'd rather not be bothered with people and focus on doing what makes me happy or somewhat content.

I feel most angry when my parents favour my younger brother more than me. Its as if i'm the devil child and hes just this sweet angel whos always "terrorized" by me. He can literally say any damn thing to them like "she called me this, sje called me that, she hit me, she took my this, she did that...etc" amd they believe him and start yelling at me and say "shame on u! " , "u r such a bitch" to me....even when its his fault, im told to take better care of my stuff because "hes a kid!" Its like he can murder me and he'll still be forgiven ....ever since he was born , its ALWAYS him who has a major part of their love, time, and sympathy. And still he's considered "deprived" of luv....and he knows hes the favoured, loved one and he never fails to tease me abt it and take advantage of being favoured. Honestly, its like i dont matter that much anymore....like an old toy thats been replaced by a new one....

@Justanormalgirl7274 That would make me mad too. Have you communicated with your parents about this? Do you think they are aware of how what they are saying hurts you?

@Justanormalgirl7274 that's not right. The fact that they insult you is drama and negative vibes.
