When people blame and lie about things I haven
When people go off half-cocked and over react for silly minor things and won't let it drop.
Earlier today I posted "This talk of what you guys have makes me sad because I have not. I don't mind, I'm really happy that your life is better than mine."
I get chastised for that because they read the first line, they got angry because somehow that meant I am censoring their right to say nice things, then I get attacked with "Come at me bro, explain yourself." and I realize they never read the second line until I read the same thing to them again.
When i am at work and no one listens/refuses to do their work!
a thing didn't go my way.
My teachers ignore me dispite me giving the right answer
When I let my emotion get the best of me.
People ask me to get better and try not to be so angry! But then the ones who say this , know the days I'm actually trying and doing me and we'll. Then they have to start being rude and talk down to me like I'm a child.. Like yeah I'm fuck faces I'm really going to be able to keep my day calm and actually do what I need to do when you know what causes me to be the way they ask me not to then continue when I ask for space to maintain my calmness... Like just let me do my self alone then so called helping just making me stay like this
I get angry over getting angry haha. But. To answer question. I have a bad temper. I need anger management. I am trying to use 7 Cups to understand myself better. Anger is self inflicted poison as the famous saying goes. Thank you :-)
Good luck.. Manager ;)
I feel out of control
I am being respectful of others only to be ignored and not treated with equal respect while they demand a certain level of respect. Another is when someone takes advantage of others and keep continously doing it when they have ready been talked to about it, only for everyone else to push the issue under the rug or make it seem like you are the one that is the problem. I admit I can be a pushover at times ,but I have a limit. A lot people in my family confuse enabling and never saying no because they feel obligated with kindness and generiousity.
