I cant explain my anxiety or problems to my parents so they just think Im making it up and being an idiot. I feel like theres nothing I can say for them to get it because its just so bad, and the more I try to avoid them the angrier and more ignorant they get, but I guess thats just them... theyre so impossible. 😖 so stuck.

My wife refuses to do any housework mybwife refuses to put her phone away and take time to take care of my wants and needs. Just going home from work because I just dont want to be there.
