I feel most angry when I am struggling to explain myself properly and others interupt me several times or cut me off.

In these situations, I withdraw into myself and make myself feel worse because I let people go with wrong impressions or understandings of myself.

I feel dissatisfied when this happens at work. I feel angry and self-destructive when this happens with people who claim to love me.

@SavastianRoseKingOfThorns I hear you there. This is almost exactly why I started telling my mom, "Please, I need to learn how to finish my sentences." Nothing passive-aggressive, I just literally trail off or blank out too much and people try to finish the thought for me.

I hope your voice gets heard. You deserve that.

I feel most angry when the words in my head can't find its way to my mouth. Or maybe when I can't seem to let them.No matter who asks me I can say. Its not that everything is okay or I'm on cloud nine. For some reason I feel guilty telling people how I feel. I can tell you anything because if I do I'm bringing you down with me and that's something I could never do. I never want to bring people down. So I stay quiet and let the words and phrases create a hurricane in my head. And it only gets worse when the water hits land. When I'm sitting quiet and that one year starts to form.

@scarletJade17856 I don't like to express my feelings as well. It's best to tell people who care about you feel, it'll only get worse and break you.

I feel most angry when people accuse me of lying or doing something I didn't do (or both at the same time). Especially when they're unreasonably confident about it. It reinforces my anxious thoughts that people, whether they care about me or don't even know me, can and will hold negative thoughts and perceptions about me, even when they're unfounded.

I try my best and others set expectations way too high for the next time, espcially those who need to get their own act straightened out. I understand things are easier said than done, don't don't try to push me past my limits when I say I'm already at my limit.

@catgravy You're trying! I see that. I applaud that. Let me just say that in Homeward Bound, Shadow took some slips and slides but he did make it out of that muddy pit, even with a wounded paw. Your slips and slides are okay, just keep trying.
