Outside, sitting down on a bench and just looking at the sunset or scenery. Also feel calm in the mountains..

... I listen to BBC Radio programmes late at night, when I'm in bed. ( that might sound silly, but God, isn't it calming me, the idea of sonically connecting to the rest of the world )

When I'm surrounded by flowers in a garden or when I'm floating on my back in the water with my eyes closed and the sun in my face

I feel most peaceful when I go to the park.. when I see children playing laughing being happy... it give me peace of mind

When I watch fairy tale.. and movies with happy endings

When I see old couple holding hands... it makes me smile

When I am around animal, they give me this surge of pure peace and happiness..

I feel most peaceful when I'm lying in my bed

Looking at the stars, listening to music or at the beach

When I go to the beach late at night with a best friend and just watch the sea. No talking, just sitting quietly and having a good time. It brings so much peace serenity
