I feel most peaceful when i am in the shower, listening to music and winding down. For me, there is nothing better and more convenient! :)
When I am sitting on the beach staring at the ocean or looking at stars (I live in the city so these seemingly trivial things aren't so easily acheived) . Also when I am with the people I love.

I am listening to music and watching the sensory bottle.
.. I lay down on my carpet as the sun shines through the window and cover it with warmth. I play calm music in my headphones, and I close my eyes and try to take as deep breaths as possible x
I'm most peaceful during a thunderstorm. <3
