I feel the most misunderstood when people judge me by the appearances. More precisely, just when people judge me. People seem to have a pathological need to play gods and goddesses and judge everyone according to their own bias. That which doesn't fit in their system of values is simply not good. Because they say so. Those people make me sick!

I feel most misunderstood when people tell me I'm depressed and anxious because I'm a "practicing homosexual" and those are God's punishments. Also when people assume my gender and orientation are somehow related.

I feel the most misunderstood... when with a smile on my face and a cheerful tone to my voice, I simply say to my husband, "Can we talk?" His reaction is immediatley defensive and usually gets mad, altho in 15 years, I've never given him reason to react this way. Needless to say, we don't talk then.

I feel the most missunderstood when I tell people about being adopted they give me sympthany do you not think every other person I come across gives me this reaction. I'm tired of it I am just telling you I'm adopted because I want you to know.

Not because I want you to hug and comfort me I just want you to know......

That I am just like you sad Just I am adopted.....

I feel misunderstood when.... (With a smile on my face and a cheerful and.calm attitude), I ask my husband if 'we can talk', and he immediatley becomes defensive, like I'm about to attack him. I don't understand, cuz I've never given him any reason to react like this. If anything, it's quite the contrary.
