i feel most misunderstood when i choose to open up to somebody about my anxiety an depression and my heartache an tears leave them with a blank expression

@ShadeKun I hate when you share with someone that you have anxiety and say we'll just relax or think about something else. You know like we have never thought of that.
I don't do it very often, only when I'm feeling really brave. I feel the most misunderstood when I hit to people that I need some help but they don't ask if I'm ok.
I feel most misunderstood whenever I express myself in certain topics to my family, especially my husband. They don't want to even try to put the shoe on the other foot, see how I feel about something, and want me to agree or do something with them, even when I say no.
@Nalleysgirl12. I feel the exact same way as you and especially by my husband.. Well we are getting married in less than a week.. So I have borderline personality disorder but only because Ive done my research and do not currently have any idea what to do.
When I believe that anything is possible but all around seems lost !!!!
