When people aren't willing to let me explain my actions and thoughts; it's easier for them to jump to the wrong conclusion and scold and blame before I can have my say.

I feel the most misunderstood when I'm referred to as moody. People call me moody or emotional and they don't even bother to ask me why I'm feeling what I am, they just say "oh, I'm sorry you're upset :( " like that makes it better. Why does no one just ask about how your day went and if it went bad for some reason just talk it through? Now it always seems to be a competition on whoes day was worse.

When I try to explain myself. People take it wrongly very often and find myself in defensiv positions rather than a relieved one where I could finally get things off my chest

I feel the most misunderstood when I believe I'm being misunderstood. No joke, if someone takes something the wrong way, I try to explain, if they still don't understand its frustrating bc I can't tell if it's me not explaining properly, them not listening actively with an open heart and mind.... It's a tricky situation.

I can't explain what is going on in my head and all I can do is stay quiet or cry. People ay think I'm being shy or I'm mad, but in reality...I'm hurting on the inside.

I feel the most misunderstood when I snap at people and they immediately take it to heart. I just snapped because I am tired of pretending and worse when you try telling people that they think you snapped at them. And when you have words bubbling at the bottom of your throat and yet when you tell them out how they all fell wrong and the person gets the meaning that you never meant in the first place. It's really frustrating and annoying to be in such situation and when you are blamed instead for being misunderstood.

When I try to explain what is wrong and what I'm worrying about and all I get in reply is "calm down" or "try not to think about it".

I feel the most misunderstood when I only barely understand the concept and I've yet to apply it enough to be able to "explain it to a three year old."
