Sadness (only about certain things). And feeling awful about myself.

Feeling stuck

Feeling miserable

... hopelessness for the future. Also an increasing sense of apathy. Can't think of a single thing left to look forward to except varying degrees of physical and/or emotional pain every single day for the rest of my life. Yay me!
