To be active-yes active! I recently discovered that staying active helps keep my moodiness away. Also, the satisfaction of having a task fulfilled will add a spark of confidence in you as well. I intend to get updated with all my work and also make sure to get enough sleep to compensate for the lack of it during the week!

The one goal I have is to not use drugs for the one day this weekend. Its tough because the #drugs help me with my depression & anxiety, but then I become this person I dont like. I cant hold a job or show up for anything
