One thing I have never told anyone is....[finish this sentence}
Just... blurt it out! Don't be nervous! Make your secrets not so secret....
I worry too much about everything, and when people are rude or stupid to me, I never say anything I just look at them, even if I am thinking how rude they are, or that what they have said is just plain wrong, I seem unable to defend myself , or stand up for my own convictions or sense of self. I wish I could be brave and be more asserive, without worrying what reaction I will get if I do.

i actually feel the same and to combat this i think to myself...people will people, no matter what i say or do. Its not up to me whether people will like me or not. So long as i can go home at the end of the day, look myself in the mirror and like/love/pride myself for the things ive done and said and can congratulate myself for trying.... then im good and it wad a good day.
I think I might have been sexually assaulted as a child but I'm afraid to even admit it to myself. I'm not sure and it doesn't affect me but I'm embarrassed.
@placidMoon1133 me too. I eventually did feel better after speaking to my partner. Its hard to disclose information, especially when youre not sure. It took me three years of being with my partner before I told him. He listened and asked very careful questions about it. There was no pressure or confusion anymore. He made it better.
@placidMoon1133 Your reluctant to investigate the truth of your past further is understandable. However, childhood abuse affects us at multiple levels and it can be difficult to discern how it influences our day to day life. If you do choose to open that door choose a therapist you trust to share the journey. Surround yourself with positive people who will not challenge your interpretation of the past from memory (usually perpetrators and those colluding with them will deny what happened and blame you for causing upset). I wish you much strength as you allow your higher self to guide you to the truth as a stepping stone to greater freedom and a healthier life. Namaste.
How much I fear life right now.
One thing i have never told anyone is that i love my daddy more
I have never told anyone what my fetishes are. But I guess that's normal. They're nothing dangerous or gross -- just weird.
That I think about running away or killing myself everyday. My depression tells me too. My anxiety tells me not to be so selfish.
@JayBird2603
Please don't do anything drastic. Talk to anyone on this site before ever taking such rash decisions.
I can't stand it when someone talks about themselves for hours and never asks about how I'm doing or what's going on in my life. I have met many people who do this (and unfortunately one of them is a close relative I can't tell to get lost). Be compassionate toward others if you are seeking compassion from them. Care about who they are, who they are becoming, and the challenges they are facing.
How afraid of acctualy ending everything i am.
Only thing keeping me breathing is that Im to afraid to do it, to afraid to acctualy put my family and loved ones trough it.

@Laura I always feel alone
