@myminsisawake I feel you... I feel very lost right now as well. My depression and anxiety started so young that I'm having a very hard time finding my way back to who I am. Lost.. as well as confused, are both good words to describe it.

@eclipse18 I catch myself literally walking around in circles in the kitchen not sure what to do. My mind has so much on it that I don't know where to start that I just feel lost....
