I am extremely disappointed not only in this site but in the listeners on here as many of them seem to not really know what they are talking about or at just plain not understanding of your situations many of them cover every single issue there is so thy get everyone while they may only know very little or nothing on the rest of it they may know more about a few it's down right reckless of them as many memebrs or guests are putting a lot of trust and respect into these people just to hear... Oh or I understand or that must be hard yea these members and guests are having hard times and you as a listener should be able to help it sickens me to get like everything out when I'm on my member account just go hear I'm sorry I can't help please find someone else or to just plain get blocked without the listener even saying a thing so you waste your time waiting for a response that will never come plus I was in listener support and threw out some very creative ideas to help our members just to get shot down so I as a listener am REALLY SORRY our MEMBERS / GUESTS deserve much better please stick with us we all think you guys are amazing people and you don't have to go down the path of life alone and for those of you members and guests please if you ever have problems with a disrespectful listener message a mod or high ranking listener for support as they are Herr for you remember what I said please and if you ever run across me remember I'm the guy who tells the truth to you:)!

totes agree. Like to think cautious also and
trying to be helpful while at 7Cups as much as i
can but can be sorta blunt and take things lightly.
