Something 2016 taught me is.........
In 2016 I learnt that I can't push myself too hard, and I need to be more patient. Not just with other people, but myself. I've learnt that I need to make more achievable goals and that I really need to take better care of myself. I've learnt that it's okay not to to walk in a pefect straight line as long as I keep going in the right direction. I've learnt that you need to take care of the basics before I move on to the big things.

Good lessons!
2016 taught me a few things. 1. I'm way gayer than I thought. 2. Sometimes, life just sucks. 3. I don't deserve a lot of the cuts on my wrists/thighs. 4. DONALD F***ING TRUMP IS AN **SHOLE. And finally, 5. Life doesn't always work out the way you planned
2016 taught me alot of lessons... I am not the only one but I'm so lone , so depressed, so unloved, so Complex , so stupid ... it gives me the important lesson ! Watch out of ppl !! Take all these thoughts and feelings and keep it inside!! Don't u ever let them know !! It also taught me how to put a fake smile, a loud laughter, a big love , a big support , how to be dead from inside ... a big thanks for 2016 and it lessons 🌸
@Laura
2016 taught me that nothing will happen if I keep on rationalizing things and end up a day without starting anything.
Even I wish to control everything and be almost perfect to my expectation, there are something will happen differently than you have thought. Even you have rationalized things 100x, weigh pros and cons, and etc. Still, there's something will happen afar from what you think....
The thing that we can do is to leave as it may be and just face whatever may happen and keep going and going and going and going and going.......
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL 7CUPS COMMUNITY!! We made it to 2017!
Never give up, no matter how many challenges you face. When you feel like you're beaten down, you can always get back up.
1. That self care is of utmost importance
2. Go and do all that you had been dreaming of
3. Don't be afraid to cut away the chains that hold you back
1. Good things happen and they can be better than i imagine.
2. Relationship and people can be so surprising, you may think you kow but you don't.
3. To accept i have a mental problem and have to take care of it.
4. I walk slowly than my expectations.
5. Go on vacation and staying at home can be boring. Have to plan fun activities if i am not travelling.
6. No guilty about putting myself first.
Things change. It is inevitable. Life is a constant FLOW that changes and changes. Sometimes all you can do is "go with the flow."
Something 2016 taught me is that I am capable of success if I truly apply myself. But also my success doesn't define my worth.
nothing is for certain. like, ever
