The first thing I thought this morning when I woke up was........
wow, did the baby sleep through the night? Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.
Did my town cancel school? Because then I'd get to sleep in.
I woke up this morning. The first thing I thought was him. The man of my dreams. Not having him with me. Its hard
@Evelynwho26 I know that feeling all too well. I was the dumpee and the stress in my relationship. I have small regrets peek through my scabbed but still wounded heart, telling me that "if only i cherished him a little harder. if only i listened to him with my heart and not my head." It kept me up at night a lot thinking and knowing that he's no longer in my life. It took me a bit of time to finally be able to kinda stop thinking about him. I had to surround myself with positive energy and support (helps with refocusing emotional well being), reflect and meditate about myself in relation to my life and the relationship (helps with recentering mental well being), and get myself busy with a positive activity (helps with improving physical well being). By doing that, you're being kind to yourself through a hard moment. Remember, you're a strong and loving individual. Be kind to yourself.

Will she still want to be my friend today? Did I screw up enough to finally push her out of my life? I know I won't be able to focus on work easily with the thought that she is hurt and angry, and I am the one who did it. ='(
This morning, I found myself myself worried because one of my friends didn't reply to my text last night. I was thinking to myself I shouldn't have said what I said, it was probably too much information and now they are ignoring me because they were disturbed. I was thinking this is why I should never text people because they will eventually ignore me. I'm not worthy. What I told him was probably inappropriate anyway. But how could he be so disturbed by what I said if he had that movie on when I got to his place....because THAT was disturbing. Within minutes of thinking all of this, he replies back to me. It was a very short reply that gave me huge relief. I just needed that reassurance that I didn't "lose" him.
I have this deep fear of abandonment or "losing people". I am the type that needs reassurance that things are okay in the relationship. I've dealt with too many passive aggressive people in my life who gave me the silent treatment or cold shoulder, so the minute I think it's happening it bugs me out. The friends I am closest with are the most responsive.
