@Laura Today I am feeling vulnerable because I let my walls down, and opened up to complete strangers and told them my story. But it's a positive, and very good thing. :)
I'm feeling vulnerable because whenever my dad yells, a little part of me dies inside. Each day, my family just moves farther and further apart. There is no such thing as love in my family. Only hatred, and anger.
@Anjali88 I can relate :c
One of my friends passed away in a car crash and I'm scared of going back to old habits
@ThisIsMe132 Hang in there. I know sometimes you want to (and feel justified) in going back to something you know you'll regret later. The fact that you realize you might slip up is half the battle. Whenever I realize I might pick up an old habit I try to pick up a new hobby instead, something that will take my mind off the hurt. The most important part is remembering how strong you are. You really can make it through this, have faith in yourself.
Everyone can hurt me, and I cry for everything
Because I returned to my first counseling session after four months.
@Laura I have a lot of heath issues that ultimately lead me unable to work and I feel even more useless and worthless than I have felt in a year.
Today I am feeling vulnerable because I lost my dad and brother in the same year. I lost my dad only 2 months ago and even though I'm getting married next month and I'm excited about that, I still feel that tremendous loss that those two important figures in my life I won't be there.
Today I'm feeling vulnerable because my depression is increasingly getting worse and I'm worried it won't get better
@BunnyBop I feel the same way I cant sleep because Im too upset
I opened my heart back up for more oppurtunites and put my trust on the line for someone I hold extremely close to my heart.
@TotallyNotSteph if they're already close to your heart and have been for some time it sounds like they want to be there and get closer to it because they feel you're someone worth the time and value you in their life too. Enjoy the ride and keep them as close as they've gotten to your heart and don't close it off. If they're worthy of your heart they'll do whatever it takes to have your heart. <3 i wish you the best!
I cut my hair short and I'm scared of being judged.
@SnazzyJazzy I shaved the side of my head last year thinking I'd look cool lol. I so didn't pull it off and it's still growing out weird, but everyone tells me I didn't look bad at all although I thought I looked terrible and still do sometimes. I bet you can rock the style :) your personality is more noticeable than hair. And if people judge you then they aren't good company and you're going to be better off without those haters in your life. Have an awesome rest of your day! Stay confident and own that cut :)
@Taradact0 thankyou so much :) I like my hair and people tell me it's better when it's pixie short but I went in knowing I wanted to challenge myself because I'm paranoid and I care so much about what other people think; I don't want to rely on something stupid like hair length to have confidence, thank you and I'm trying hard
@SnazzyJazzy
all the power to you girl! You did something most of us are not brave enough: not giving a hoot about what other people might think. That's how it should be. If you like your hair short than wear it short! If you get any negative comments,remind yourself it's your opinion that counts not theirs. Be confident (or fake it till you make it) and it will show.
