This site ought to make you feel vulnerable because they do not give you the ability to delete your account, and when you reach out to support to figure it out they ignore you and tell you they are busy and they will eventually get around to your account. Don't fall for it.

Today I'm feeling vulnerable because I think my therapist lied to me. I don't know if I can trust her now.

A person once told me that "people aren't a big fan of me" because I've been sharing my story.

I am now more conserved and careful for who to talk to. However, this makes is hard to reach out to friends during times of distress.

I've discovered 7cups yesterday and that made my day. Despite the fact that it was a rough night.

Today I am feeling vulnerable because I realize my foolish insecurities come from my past above relationship and they affect my now very healthy relationship. But yet.. I feel so fragile because this person has parted ways with me once before because of our circumstances but it just doesn't help the insecurities I have. And what hurts is I realize I got these insecurities but I just can't shake them and it makes me into this dramatic person when I'm triggered. I hate when it gets to the relationship I'm in now.. I dont want to hurt him or myself with this.

Of my agoraphobia. Can't even leave my house. I am vulnerable to the outside world. Vulnerable to being useless and hopeless.

Because a friend of my sister's told me she was coming back for New Year's Eve and wants to hang out with me and my sister. While that sounds like a wonderful plan, let me say this:

My sister and her circle of friends have been close since their school days. Today, they're all working adults but they still get together occasionally to have fun and go on vacations. I've never had a close friend, like a BFF, let alone a close circle of friends. I used to have friends too who were both girls and boys but with girls, it was always a challenge. I may be married now to the most wonderful man but I've always had feelings for girls too. The moment girls feel I'm getting too close, they run for the hills. It makes me sad. It made me think there was something wrong with me.

I guess I'm vulnerable today because I'm reminded that I don't have that kind of special friend. Because people think there's something wrong with me. Nobody knows this except for my husband.

Today I'm feeling vulnerable because my husband got abusive in public. We were christmas shopping and after he picked out a few things, I wanted to pick out some smaller less expensive things since we have little kids and opening presents is usually the best thing. But he got mad and said we spent enough even though I hadn't gotten to pick anything out yet and said I would use the money i had. He screamed at me, pushed me, and threatened to put stuff back several times, especially because I thought the newborn could use presents too and he thought that was absurd. When we got to the car he ripped all the presents out after putting them in the car (our 2 year old and newborn were with us, so they're now crying) and he hit me with his elbow in the jaw and pushed me again. A lady walking by stopped and yelled at him not to put his hands on me like that and he called her a bitch like me and yelled some stuff at her and then stormed into the store with the cart full of presents, my purse, keys, and the diaper bag. When the lady came back to ask if she could call someone for me all I could muster was that he'll come back with everything. He then on the car ride home explained in great detail how once we pick our oldest up from school he would be ripping all the presents out and throwing them over the balcony and destroying them in front of her. It was a bad morning. We were supposed to put up decorations, shop for presents and ornaments for the tree, and watch a movie.

I finally relied on someone for the first time this year and now we won't see each other for a long time, and it feels like I've leaned on them for so long, I've forgotten how to stand on my own. And that scares me, and I miss them already, and I keep trying to communicate that to them but it makes me feel so vulnerable.
