What if...
We all realized that trivialities didn't matter,
That we weren't here to serve a purpose but to experience and to help others to experience.
What if we realized that love wasn't something you had to find from a person whose qualifications meet our predetermined standards.
What if we just chose to love someone because we can.
What if... The world we live in is a dream and all the pain and misery we feel will go away, once we wake up. Because we will be in a heavenly place with no problems/issues.

What if I decided that, regardless what I had to do to get there, I would accomplish and achieve all of my dreams.
What if I accepted the struggle and hardwork while feeling the fear and anxiety.

@QuietChaosnSuch All the probabilities that run through our head are a result of our branching questions about uncertainty. Above all those speculations and the anxiety that runs along with it, try (as from my perspective), to look beyond the "What If" and start calculating the chances you have for success and failure for that dream, and determine the plausibility of executing it. :) 
What if
Everyone decided to not judge one another and spread love instead of hate.
All people saw that we all had something that hurts us, something that makes us struggle and banded together instead of against one another.
