WHAT IF....[insert something insanely positive]
What if the human race all only had good thoughts :)
What if we always got what we wanted.
What if everyone in the world loved and respected each other?
What if there switch that anybody could flip, anytime, anywhere. Perhaps one in each region, perhaps embedded into the brain. Once flipped, for all of a minute, all weapons or could be weapons in the world would turn into floppiness, liquid, invisible, gas or any other state that renders it unusuable?
It would mean a few million times where getting the steak to your mouth (or just cut) is a huge hassle. Those would be the early years. When chocolate was commercialised, it wasn't expensive or as coveted (generally) anymore. When fire first came out and now when we don't even bother to use it sometimes. Cliches are no longer just older than dirt so even trolls retire. It isn't everyday on the bus that one meets a set of middleschoolers who hit the buttons for all the stops. Not anymore. Likewise, the 'button hitting' here will hopefully fade. Because giving permission to do so only to adults is unfair.
Since people are as much affected by laziness as they are by fear..
Just dedicated all of four paragraphs to a hypothetical, entirely fantastical situation. Two minutes and a little more. Might have to make a story out of this or face having wasted time. Oh noes.
Okay. Maybe it's a switch for every weapon utilised with malice or intention or possibility to harm within that moment. Hey, it's a magic algorithm that seeks out "every weapon in the world", it can be equally possible to filter situations. Only one question left: Do hands vanish too?
What if I dont always have to worry about my future ahead?
What if Google never existed? 😱 lol
What if pollution is completely reduced with renewable energies
What if everyone had one chance to instantly and completely change the one thing about themselves that the felt the worst about?
What if equality really happens =)
What if yourfamily accepted you as who you are!
What if hardships were seasons? They come, they reap, they sow, they conquer, they warm, they drown, they smother, they caress, they are. And then they go. Like a seed it blooms, sometimes to great heights. It withers and then it happens all over again. And unlike now, we always know when it does and became knowledge-able farmers when it comes to our own soul's control.
