my scariest question: do I exist?

because if I don't, there is nothing I can do about it. And if I do, it is all determined. Sinister...

The most question I'm scared of asking is why are you giving me the runaround you say one thing and tell me another. Am I doing something wrong or do I feel that everyone is going up and I have to sallow and see others performing doing good in life while they leave me in the back burner like nothing

I'm most afraid of asking for help. I feel like as soon as I've told someone about my problems everything will change and I don't know if I could deal with that. Also, I'm the one who my friends, the few that I have, come to with their problems (not that I'm complaining, thats why I've become a listener). If I go to them I would be embarrassed and would feel so weak instead of being the strong person I'm perceived to be. I don't want them to be deterred from speaking to me because they think I'm too weak or they don;t want to burden me with their problems. I'm also scared what people will think of me if I ask for help with a problem that they don't think is a big deal. They might patronise me or think I'm making a big deal out of nothing. I'm so self concious about my problems incase they're no where near as big as people would think.

Sorry for antin, I just needed to get it out. It probably doesn't even make sense.

@JustBeing22

Makes perfect sense. Took me five years of listening to my friends before I could open up. And they actually were very supportive and a bit" and you listened to me while you were going through so much?" I wish I had managed to open up earlier. But I like to make a sketch of what happens to me and I was afraid I wouldn't be seen as funny anymore.

I'm afraid of the possibility that in spite of my best efforts I really am a horrible terrible worthless person who deserves to be treated like dirt and that is why I fail at everything and am hated by everyone because it's the only thing that really makes sense in the end.

@icerose

Im sure you're not a horrible person. You're human and behind all those bad behaviours are reasons for it. I can talk because I feel worthless too but I speak for us ....we are worthy cuz we are here on this dark but beautiful earth. We can only learn from our mistakes. At least you're making an effort to redeem yourself. 😊👍🏼

"are you talking to other girls?"

"who are you texting?"

"why do you hide your phone from me?"

- I don't want to know the answer to any of these

Are we friends?

I think I'll never be able to handle the negative answer or the lies behind people words. Awkward expression when they told me of course we are.

Laura thank you for this platform.

"How are you?" will be my choice. For the last 6 years i lied everytime, dont know why but fear for being lonely is insucured me in all ways.

Death of my father changes my life map completely. I rarely remember when did i lough from my deepest will.. Went thrice to the therapist but we are human being at some stage we need someome who cares who loves. As a philanthropy i did everything possible what i am capable of for my loved once. They secured themselves and showing there back all the time now. Having no family no friend i only have work and work and work. But i am tired now. Can'nt quit.

The question I'm most scared of is asking "do you care" because obviously they're gonna say yes and it just makes you look too needy. It's something I want to ask but never do.
