He is right.
When you're upset, it's important to gaslight your brain into believing there's hope to stay optimistic and on track. While it's okay to cry and shed those tears while listening to such negative songs, you should be mindful about not letting them get to you.

Thank you. I often not love myself or do homework or love study at all since my dad quoted a sentence a bully would. Even though he's just making an example I still felt hurt. He also said that I'm sleeping like a pig in COVID-19.

I'm sorry your dad's statements sounded like a bully. But I'm sure it's as evident to you as it is to me that he cares a great deal about you.
COVID 19 caused a slump in everyone's lifestyle and most people slept like a *pig* to evade loneliness and the lack of a social life. I'm not justifying the comparison to a pig here but he only wished you were productive, as can be gauged. I'm confident you do realise that you have a life and a career to build. It's okay to sit back and introspect but not overthink and procrastinate.
