When I was little I believed that movies are real , and every time when the song sequence finished ( I am from India , so in every movie,there will be 5 duet songs ) I close my eyes cause , the couple will get caught by the parents or acquaintance . I used to open my eyes after confirming that with my mom that nothing wrong happened to the couple :P
That the world was simple & everything would always be like a fairy tale (the happy ending part lol) but then I grew up & the rose colored glasses went away & finally I saw everything for what it is. Sometimes I just wish I could take my daughter & go back in time. Life sure seemed simpler then & now I know why old folks always tell stories about the good old days lol.
When I was little, I believed that being an adult means being free. But it's the other way around.
When I was little I belived in santa... Boy, little did I know it was all fake. haha But hey, at least it made my childhood more special around christmas, like I'm sure it did yours.

People were color blind in the sense of not seeing race. I didn't realise until i was on my thirties that this wasn't the case.
That something better awaits me and I must keep looking for it ... ;)
