I believed that there was little people living in the refrigerator, I would leave toys in there for them to play with. I also thought snow was sugar.
I believed that if i didnt give all my teddybears the same amount of attention and treat them right they would try to kill me
I believed the the radio was live music.
I wondered if The Beatles got bored of playing the same song 20 times a day.
That stubbornness made hair curl up. 😒

life is all about just growing old and to die but as I am growing up I have started to realise that there is lot more in this universe then just living and dying something even beyond our reach
When I was little I believed I could never be loved as my parents abused me both physically and sexually!

I am not surprised to hear that your adult life is hell because of this, as somebody I knew and was in contact fought the same battle, which made me realise how difficult it is to deal with such a trauma, unimaginable for outsiders. So the only advice I can give you is to reach out. This is a good place to start, you can always talk here and hopefully find some meaningful help. Another virtual hug from Faure.

My heart goes out to you... Not being able to sleep is a real curse and makes everything worse. I speak from experience. Any possibility of detracting yourself in any way ? I know when one is down one doesn't feel like it, but it can be one way to change the vicious circle of self perpetuating bad thoughts. When I was little, I believed the animals are the same like what I've seen on cartoons.
That something was wrong with me, and that I didn't fit in with the rest of the 🌎. Now I believe that something is wrong with the 🌎, and that I don't fit in with it.
