Im new , Why can i not change my pfp

Hey @cyanxx, welcome to the community! Do you see the option to change it from your settings page, on the browser? Do remember to click on "save changes" after selecting one!

Did you try to click on the image?

Hello Cyan and welcome to 7 Cups, it sure it great to have you here with us.

I have experienced this same issue myself over recent days and I have discovered a few possible reasons to why an image won't be uploaded.

1) Images have to be in JPEG or PNG form.

2) Images have to be less than 5MB in size.

3) Images downloaded by some sites will not upload, this could be due to size, dimension or could even be for Copyright protection.

Please explore these in the image(s) you wish to use to see if it helps you to upload your picture.

To change your picture:

- Click your profile picture

- Click My Settings

- Under Profile Picture, click Browse Files and select your image.

- Click Save at the bottom of the page

- You should see a green message at the top of the page if the upload has been successful.
