hi im new here, recently come out of a really intense relationship.. for three years myself and the girl i was with were die hard lovers, intense romantic rituals and stuff like that.. what im missing the most is someone to focus on and love.. because truly the only way to appreciate life is to love another as if noone else exists.. it broke off because i got depressed about a relative dying and was too selfish too see she was in pain too.. im overidden with guilt grief and sorrow over the fact i might never and probably will never have another chance to be in a relationship the same again.. she distracted me from the contorted twisted reality that is 2018.. id have finished myself weeks ago if i didnt have the responsibility of my dog..
ive never "posted" anything before so im sorry if this isnt way it works but i would appreciate some feedback off of someone in a similar position... cant eat cant sleep and just have no want for life AT ALL... LOST

Welcome. I guess you could say we are all lost in different ways. Its extremely hard to see yourself from the outside and therefore we feel stuck. I hope others may be able to see you and offer valuable support.
@CantStepOut thanks im actually with my local mental health group but they think the answer comes in a pill lol.. if only these peolpe could see that fragility comes from genuine love.. that cant be fixed with pills.. i no longer do drugs i stoppe when i turned 18 (fresh start) but right now i would take drugs over this feeling
